The materials I use come from my daily living. The majority of the items in this display come from wire uniform hangers which are tremendously abundant and offer a wide variety of uses from rigid metal twist ties to the raw material for creating the figurines I use to express my creative nature.
They're both easy to bend and shape yet surprisingly stable & rigid once complete.
Cars contain all kinds of materials. In this example the spring metal supports from windshield wiper blades are repurposed into this decorative "Star Burst" wall art!

The wire coat hanger is very versatile and can be used for many different purposes.
In this example the wire is wound around a spindle to produce the circular shape need to create this chainmail.
Using the support springs from discarded wiper blades and the bottom of an automotive solvent can, I was able to create this decorative heart shape design.
